The Best 30 Day Fitness Challenges


What better time than summer to get in the best shape of your life. Getting motivated to start working out and getting healthy can be the hardest part of any routine. One thing that helped me was to start 30 day challenges. Most challenges are pretty straight forward and you really do see amazing results. The other great thing about them is that they are super quick and you can do them anywhere. I love adding these to my fitness plan already as an additional workout.
